There is so much shame and stigma surrounding sexual health and STI’s. If sex is a part of life that we want to talk about openly, then we need to be discussing our health as well. That’s one reason I’m so damn excited for you to hear this episode, but that’s not all—today I had the pleasure and the privilege of talking to my sister, Anna Strange. Anna and I talk about our sexual health journeys, how having these conversations can begin to destigmatize this very real part of being a sexually active human, finding permission in self-exploration, armpit-f*cking, and a virus that sounds a little bit like a spell from Harry Potter.
